I decided to make up a batch of the best eggless oatmeal cookies EVER, take a picture, type it up and it was the best decision I made this weekend. In medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat in vanilla and eggs, scraping sides occasionally, until blended.
